“Shoreline at Hayden Ferry Lakeside” will be located at 180 E. Rio Salado Parkway, on Rio Salado Parkway just East of Mill Avenue in downtown Tempe.  The Shoreline at Hayden Ferry Lakeside condominium building is planned for construction soon! This will be the fourth residential tower from Suncor, and will be a 12 story building along the South shore of Tempe Town Lake between the Mill Avenue Bridge and the Rural Road Bridge.  The exterior look and feel of the building will be much like the Bridgeview at Hayden Ferry Lakeside tower.

This residential tower has been cancelled by the developer.
